Helping famililes to recover after Cyclone Nagris

On the 2nd May the lives of children in Myanmar (Burma) were changed forever. People are struggling to feed their families, finding ways to make a living and rebuild after Cyclone Nargis swept across Myanmar (Burma) on the 2nd May. 

Restoring people’s livelihoods after an emergency is essential. It helps to prevent malnutrition, supports the longer term recovery of families and communities, and improves communities’ resilience in the face of future disasters.
