The Receptionist is primarily responsible for a range of reception duties and administrative tasks associated with the smooth running of the SCA Office.
Your main responsibilities will be to manage the reception as the first point of contact and provide professional, responsive reception services to all stakeholders; respond to phone calls in a timely and professional manner as required; co-ordinate all incoming and outgoing mail within timelines; organise couriers and relevant documentation; order and maintain corporate and general stationery office supplies within budgetary constraints; arrange business cards; undertake administrative duties as required including reports, letters, meeting notes and provide high quality, timely administration support to Executive Assistant staff in accordance with organisational standards.
To be considered for the position, you will need experience in professional responsive reception services, demonstrated strong administrative and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to determine priorities, and multi task.
You will also need well developed interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to work effectively in a team and commitment to providing a high level of internal and external customer service.
