Save the Children Australia has been providing humanitarian relief and development assistance predominantly in the health and education sectors to Cambodia since 1979.

Our current projects in Cambodia include:

Basic health services project
Local people can now access quality early treatment and preliminary services, as well as health education through health centres and referral hospitals, where previously they could not.
A child safe Cambodia
A program aimed to protect children from sexual abuse.
Supporting orphans and vulnerable children
A community driven programme helping children affected by HIV and AIDS by providing food parcels, transport for medical care, access to education and individual counselling and advice.
Promotion of safe migration and prevention of trafficking project
This project works with indigenous, Cham Muslim and Khmer communities to promote safe migration and prevent the trafficking of women and children.
