Partner Organisations

In 2020, the Astrid Lindgren Company is celebrating the 75th anniversary of Pippi and they wanted Save the Children to join them.

When Astrid Lindgren wrote the book about Pippi, the Second World War was coming to an end and the world had never before seen so many people on the move. Today, more people than ever are on the move and girls are often the most vulnerable to the risks faced in migration. Therefore, the Astrid Lindgren Company wants to highlight the situation for girls on the move during the Pippi anniversary year.

This will be done through a fundraising campaign called Pippi of Today.

Below are some of the companies that contribute to the campaign. They do this by, among other things, creating and selling special products for the campaign; giving the campaign media space; offering point-of-sale roundup so customers can give their change to the campaign and by talking about the campaign in their loyalty programme communication.

The following companies and organisations are part of the campaign:

Akademibokhandeln, Amazon, Annas Pepparkakor, Astrid Lindgrens Värld, Barbo Toys, Biscuiteers, bObles, Cappelen Damm, Copyrights Asia Ltd., CPLG Germany, CPLG UK, Design House Stockholm, Dr. Oetker, Egmont, ElinZ Fotografi, Elvelyckan Design, Euromics A/S, Filmstaden, Google, Grenna Polkagriskokeri, Gyldendal, Hachette, Happy Socks, Hjelm förlag, HOPE, Houdini Sportswear, Kavat, Kókinos, Krabat, Mall of Scandinavia, Maria Nilsdotter, Martinex, Micki Leksaker, Multiprint, Muurla, Mynthuset, ottod'Ame,Oxford University Press, Ploegsma, Penguin Random House, Primus, QBank, Rabén & Sjögren, Rubinstein, Salani, SJ, Semper, SF Studios, SMC Korea, Tingstad, Unilever, Universal Music, Verlagsgruppe Oetinger, WSOY and Åhléns.
