For Myanmar: The Supplier is responsible for complying with applicable tax law, regulation and policy and agrees that Customer shall treat any Supplierquotation as a net price (e.g. not inclusive of tax) and that Customer will not be responsible for any tax-related payments (e.g. commercial tax, withholding tax, VAT) in connection with the Contract except stamp duty fees (if applicable) which shall be paid by the Customer, and none of the Customer’s funds shall be used by the Supplier for the payment of tax or for tax-related payments.
