Finance Intern
SUMMARY
The Opportunity
The purpose of this post is to support the Finance department in the collecting supporting documents both as hard and soft copies, reviewing financial reports of partners and reviewing per diems, expense claims, payment voucher, advance requests and advance returns. The position involves supporting finance team in internal control and archiving.
Under the direction of Finance Officer, the Finance Intern will be responsible for supporting the finance team in all kinds of archiving, including collecting supporting documents, uploading soft copies to finance archive, keeping track of all expenses occurred in SCI TCO.
In order to be successful, you will bring/have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Turkish.
- Strong Excel knowledge and good documentation skills.
- Ability to work well with a team and establish relationships with other teams/offices
- Cultural awareness and ability to work well in an international environment with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
- Good time management and planning capacity.
Position holder will be based in Hatay, therefore legal right to work in Türkiye is necessary at the time of application. Applications will be evaluated in a rolling basis.
