Bank Management & Data Analysis Coordinator
Role Purpose: 
The Bank Management & Data Analyst Coordinator is responsible for overseeing all aspects of bank-related processes and data analytics within the Individual Giving (IG) program. The role ensures smooth debit operations, accurate donor data management, and actionable insights for donor acquisition, retention, and development. As the PIC for Salesforce/CRM, this position safeguards data integrity, supports system optimization, and strengthens donor loyalty and experience through reliable reporting and operational excellence.
What You will do: 
Bank Management & Debit Oversight 

  • Oversee auto-debit processes across partner banks and payment providers. 
  • Monitor and report on delinquency, failed transactions, and recovery rates. 
  • Coordinate with banks, Finance, and Donor Care teams for reconciliation and issue resolution. 
  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations, donor safeguarding, and data security in all processes. 
  • Identify process improvements to increase debit success rate and reduce attrition due to payment failure. 
  • Supervise Data Processing Officer for bank verification and data processing 

Data Analysis & Insights 

  • Manage Individual Giving Dashboard including weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual report 
  • Conduct analysis on Individual Giving not limited to attrition, delinquency, acquisition, upgrade, reactivation, and appeal performance.
  • Give recommendation on strategy based on data analysis, and support team to develop testing and flow. 
  • Support Management in income and performance forecasts 
  • Provide actionable insights to support decision-making in Donor Development and Loyalty & Experience. 
  • Track donor life cycle performance and contribute to long-term income planning. 

CRM & System Ownership 

  • Act as the super admin for Salesforce/CRM, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency for the whole Individual Giving Business process from Acquisition, Retention and Development process. 
  • Manage workflows, automation, and integrations to optimize donor management systems. 
  • Provide training, troubleshooting, and user support to the IG team. 
  • Liaise with global/regional IT teams and vendors for system enhancements. 
  • Develop CRM Ecosystem to improve effectiveness and efficiency. 

Administrative & Cross-Team Support 

  • Support reporting requirements for senior management, audits, and donor impact communications. 
  • Collaborate with Finance, Acquisition, and Retention teams for aligned data processes. 
  • Ensure timely delivery of reports and insights for operational and strategic planning.

What We need from you:

  • Minimum 4-5 years working experience in related field 
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Data Analytics, Statistics, IT, Data Science or related field. 
  • Proven experience in bank debit process management, CRM (preferably Salesforce), and data analytics. 
  • Strong skills in Excel, SQL, and data visualization (Power BI, Tableau, or similar). 
  • Knowledge of NGO fundraising, donor retention, and individual giving operations is an advantage. 
  • Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills. 
  • High attention to detail, integrity, and ability to manage cross-functional processes.
