Supply Chain and Admin Assistant
SUMMARY
KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:
1. Procurement
• Ensure timely and transparent procurement of goods and services in line with SCI procurement policies and thresholds.
• Prepared and provided RFQs according to needs and submitted to suitable suppliers., and support bid analysis and purchase decisions.
• Liaise with suppliers, maintain supplier records, and follow up on deliveries.
• Negotiation with vendors for favorable rates, including preferred rates with selected vendors
• Ensure complete documentation and filing of procurement transactions (PRs, POs, GRNs, etc.) and use ProSave
2. Warehousing and Inventory
• Ensure maintenance of proper storage and stock management of goods in the field office warehouse.
• Ensure regular inventory updates, stock reconciliations, and timely reporting and use of TIM.
• Implement SCI Warehouse Management procedures in managing stocks and inventory.
3. Asset Management
• Maintain an up-to-date asset register; ensure tagging, assignment, and documentation of all SCI assets and GPE.
• Conduct quarterly physical verification and support asset disposal in line with procedures.
• Any other tasks assigned by supervisor.
