Activities: This project aims to support families transitioning from temporary container based settlements to urban living in Adıyaman, while responding to urgent basic needs that arise during this period. It seeks to reduce barriers that children face in accessing education and to mitigate protection risks associated with the transition to city life.

Key Activities of the Project:
•    Provide one-off multi purpose cash assistance (MPCA) to households relocating from container-based settlements,
•    Deliver winterization top-up of to support heating and seasonal needs,
•    Provide Cash for Education support to children facing barriers to enrollment or risk of dropout,
•    Monitor out-of-school children and education-related risks, and share findings with coordination platforms,
•    Provide child protection case management to at-risk children,
•    Deliver referral and counselling support for caregivers and children,
•    Implement structured PSS sessions for caregivers and children,
•    Conduct awareness-raising sessions on key protection topics in urban contexts (eviction, documentation, child labour, etc.),
•    Carry out child-centered protection monitoring and produce quarterly reports,
•    Establish one Child Club and one Adolescent Club to promote wellbeing, peer support, and social cohesion in urban neighborhoods.

Criteria:  This project targets families who have transitioned from temporary container based settlements to Adıyaman’s urban settings, with a particular focus on those facing urgent financial needs, households with out of school children, and cases involving elevated child protection or psychosocial risks.
