100 Days of Action.

Let's get children safely back to school.

Education protects children from poverty, violence and abuse, and helps them laugh, learn, eat, play and grow.

But schools around the world are still shut and millions of children are missing out on their education. At least 10-16 million children are at risk of never returning to school. We need education to be top of the agenda as governments deal with COVID-19, develop future strategies and design their budgets.

We can’t afford to lose learning to COVID-19. Through 100 Days of ACTION, we can pressure our leaders to save education and protect a generation.

Get involved.

Starting on International Children’s Day, child campaigners around the world will take action to demand leaders prioritise education.

Join them on 1st June by asking children and young people to use their creative skills to answer the question: If you were in charge of the world, what would you do to make your school better? Share your answers on social with #100DaysOf Action.

Over the following 99 days, children, our partners, supporters and families will be taking action to sustain pressure on governments. So, whether you’re making a banner, meeting a decision-maker or creating a video – share it on social media with #100DaysofAction so we can show the world’s leaders just how important education is.
