A training course on Entrepreneurship and Innovation was organized for 120 students from Viet Nam – Korea Vocational College of Ca Mau on 05-06 March 2026.
Not every young person begins their career journey with a clear plan. Sometimes, what they need most is a space to try, to fail, and to ask themselves: “What difference can I create?”
In Ca Mau, 120 students from Viet Nam – Korea Vocational College of Ca Mau participated in a training course on Entrepreneurship and Innovation – part of a broader initiative to strengthen capacity and connect young people with employment opportunities.
The course was not simply about starting a business, it helped students:
Develop creative thinking and problem-solving skills
Understand the value of innovation linked to social and environmental impact
Experience the process of generating, refining, and developing ideas
Through real-life scenarios and simulation exercises, students practiced building models, analyzing user needs, and assessing the feasibility of their ideas. After the training, promising projects continued to receive mentoring support to further refine and expand their concepts.
As part of the project’s employment support activities, young people are also guided toward self-employment as a proactive pathway to building stable livelihoods. Because the ultimate goal is not just to secure a job, but to build the capacity to create opportunities.
When young people are equipped with the tools to think independently and act responsibly, they do not just prepare for the future – they begin shaping their own.
