On 03 Apr 2026, Save the Children, in partnership with Thanh Hoa Medical College organized the competition “Students Adapting to Careers in the Green and Equal Era”.
As the labour market rapidly transforms under the green transition and growing demands, young people need more than strong technical skills. They also need a sustainable development mindset and the ability to adapt for the long term.
To accompany youth on this journey, Save the Children, in partnership with Thanh Hoa Medical College, has implemented a range of capacity-building activities for vocational education students. The competition “Students Adapting to Careers in the Green and Equal Era” is one of the key initiatives within this broader intervention.

More than just a knowledge-based contest, the competition creates space for young people to practice critical thinking, teamwork, and connect career aspirations with social and environmental responsibility.
Save the Children believes that when young people are given opportunities, equipped with the right skills, and encouraged to think positively, they can become a pioneering force for a greener, more equitable, and more inclusive future.
