Consultancy opportunity: We are looking for a strategic leader to design, structure, and mobilize innovative financing mechanisms and build multi-sector partnerships that drive sustainable impact across Latin America and the Caribbean.

 

 

 

CONSULTANCY: HEAD OF INNOVATIVE FINANCE & PARTNERSHIPS LAC

 

Objective : The role is primarily focused on shaping new business development and fundraising strategies around innovative finance, rather than on technical financial structuring, although a solid foundational understanding of innovative finance concepts and mechanisms is required. Responsibility for detailed financial structuring and transaction execution will remain with specialized technical teams and partners.

After a year in captivity, he escaped and was reunited with his grandmother, Menaro*, 83, who had believed him dead. Though haunted and traumatised by his experiences, he began receiving counselling through a local organisation supported by Save the Children. Children recruited into armed groups in DR Congo describe abduction, drugging and violence as call for greater action

New figures show at least 1,360 children were released from armed groups in the eastern province of Ituri in 2025. However, 13,000 children in the province remained in armed groups, meaning only about one in 10 children gained freedom last year.
