Save the Children is inviting qualified consultants or consulting firms to conduct a baseline evaluation for the Women’s Child Care Collectives project in Zanzibar (Unguja and Pemba).
This three-year initiative (2026–2028) aims to establish community-owned childcare solutions that promote early childhood development while enabling women’s economic empowerment. The project focuses on strengthening women’s collectives to deliver integrated childcare services, including early learning, nutrition, health, and protection.
The baseline evaluation will generate critical evidence and reference values for project indicators, including child development outcomes, women’s economic participation, childcare service quality, and gender norms. The findings will inform project implementation, learning, and measurement of progress over time.
